Electronics placement is a materials-handling problem with a camera on top. The camera does not fix a warped board, a tight liner, or a missing edge reference.
Typical Anjelio starting points:
- VL-SS — one label or patch on a housing, PCB, or small pack.
- VL-TR — boards or trays on a track, with loading/unloading defined by the line.
- VL-EM — a vision station dropped into an existing conveyor, with signals and guarding agreed first.
- VL-RR — films, foam, and soft die-cuts that do not peel like a paper label.
What to send: board or part drawing, keep-out areas, material reel, whether the surface is ESD-sensitive, and the current infeed. Do not copy a ±0.1 mm claim from a general brochure onto every electronics job. Tolerance is agreed from the feature you care about and a measured sample.
