FAT, packing, and remote support for exported vision labelers

Factory acceptance, export packing, and remote support are project items. They are included when they are written into the proposal—not assumed from the website.

Export equipment fails more often on undefined acceptance than on the applicator itself.

FAT (factory acceptance)
Run in Huizhou on the samples and program named in the order. A useful FAT records: the part used, the material lot, placement photos, the rate achieved under that setup, and the reject rule. If samples never arrive, FAT cannot stand in for them.

Packing and shipment
Machines are packed at the plant after the agreed test. Voltage, plug, and crate limits belong in the proposal. Freight, duty, and on-site unloading are not included unless listed.

Support
Remote video support is the standard first response after arrival. On-site service is scheduled and quoted. Spare-parts lists follow the approved bill of materials, not a generic website kit.

The About and manufacturing pages describe on-site assembly and export packing as company practice. The contract for your machine still has to name the tests and the people.

Inquire from contact with the destination country and whether you will attend FAT.

Frequently asked questions

Can I skip FAT to save time?

You can, if you accept that first-article issues will be found after arrival. For a first export machine we recommend FAT on your samples.

Do you send technicians overseas by default?

No. Remote support is the default unless site attendance is quoted. Travel, visas, and days on site are separate line items.
