A catalog page cannot quote a custom placement cell. The missing inputs are almost always the same.
Minimum to start:
- Part: photos from two angles, overall size, and the surface that receives the material.
- Material: label, foam, film, or tape; size; liner; whether it is die-cut.
- Position: a mark-up on the photo or a simple drawing.
- Production: pieces per hour or per shift, number of SKUs, and how often the job changes.
- Line: infeed/outfeed, 220 V / 380 V or other, and who installs at site.
Useful if you have them: CAD, current fixture, reject rule, and whether you need print-and-apply or a robot reach.
What you get back: a configuration match (or a clear no-fit), a request for samples if the material is thin, soft, or die-cut, then a technical proposal with scope, options, and lead time. Catalogue rates such as 1200–2000 labels/h on VL-SS stay reference figures until the sample is run.
