When do you need a vision-guided labeling machine?

Vision labeling locates the part before placement. Use it when position, mixed parts, or auxiliary materials matter more than raw bottle-wrap speed.

Vision-guided labeling finds a reference on the part, then places a label or auxiliary material to that reference. Conventional labeling uses mechanical guides, wrap belts, or a fixed wipe-down. Both are valid. They solve different problems.

Frequently asked questions

Can a conventional labeler reach the same placement?

Sometimes, if the part is consistent, well guided, and the label is large relative to the tolerance. Vision is for location against a feature, not a substitute for poor product handling.

Does every electronics job need a camera?

No. Repeated single-SKU parts with a mechanical nest can use a simpler applicator. Send the part before assuming a vision cell.
