No. Stable nests and wide tolerances often keep traditional applicators cost-effective. Vision is for variable pose, feature targets, high mix, or soft materials.
Will vision labeling replace my AOI station?
No. Placement and inspection are different purchases. Some lines run both; they are not substitutes.
Can you promise a fixed accuracy or cycle time here?

What to send for a quote
